Harald Stelzer
Harald Stelzer is research manager of the Field of Excellence Climate Change Graz at the University of Graz. In this function, he coordinates the research and public relations work in this area. Previously, he was a professor of political philosophy at the University of Graz and a project scientist at the Institute for Advanced Sustainability Studies in Potsdam. His research interests focus on ethical issues in the context of the technological transformation of society with a focus on climate engineering technologies and internet and communication technologies.
